It's always good to keep an eye on what's happening next door....

Generally the ROI authorities don't do anything new until it's been in action for a few months there.

So now we have

Nina, an elderly woman from the Ukraine died and was buried in Glasnevin.
'In a week the soil subsided, the cross leaned and nearly fell but he straightened it up. He'll have to do that again and again. Its precariousness is a metaphor for the existence of her compatriots whether at home in Kiev or in a high damp flat in inner Dublin.
